HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO COMPLETE MY ORDER?
Every order placed by our wonderful customers, is the most important order.
Which means that we take extra care and time to make sure every item is produced to the highest quality. Our standard turnaround time is usually around 7-10 business days (not including weekends) after artwork is approved. You can usually expect to wait about 2 weeks from the initial date of order placement to the finished product. If you need your specialty item in less time, please call or email and someone will be in touch as soon as possible.
ARE THERE MINIMUM QUANTITIES?
No. Prographyx does not have a minimum amount you have to order. We are able to decorate 1 item up to 1,000+ items. Lower quantity orders may only be offered certain decoration methods though, depending on the artwork of the order.
WHAT DECORATION HAS THE LONGEST LIFE SPAN?
Since Prographyx offers various forms of decoration, the answer depends on what decoration method you choose, and which will be most suitable for your order. Historically, embroidered garments have the longest life span as the decoration is stitched into the fabric of each item. For items that are not embroidered, traditional screen printing items as well as Direct-To-Garment items have the longest life span. We expect screen printed or DTG items to wear through a full year before degradation begins to fully set in. Our heat transfer vinyl process is also expected to last a year, but is more suitable for one off items or special occasion items. If you have more questions, please ask our sales reps and they can help you decide which decoration method is the best option for your projects needs.
WHAT IF I'M NOT HAPPY WITH MY ITEMS?
If you are not entirely satisfied with the decoration of your item, please let your sales rep know and we will do everything we can to correct the issue. We do our best at Prographyx to make sure that everything is decorated to the specifications we are given; but we are human and mistakes can happen. Any issues will be fixed to the best of our ability within reason.
